Tips for Safer Swallowing

1. Crush your drugs into a fine powder so they are easier to swallow.
2. Test your pills for fentanyl by dissolving a small amount of your drug into a small amount of water and using a fentanyl test strip. There are many counterfeit pills that look similar to what can come from a pharmacy. Remember that fentanyl test strips can have false negatives (negative test strip, but pill could still have fentanyl in it), so it’s important to still be cautious.
3. Consider mixing into water or another non-alcoholic beverage before swallowing.
