If you inject, inject slowly.

Use a less risky method (e.g. snorting).

Try not to use other drugs in combination with alcohol or benzodiazepines.

Use one drug at a time.

If using for the first time in a while, start with a smaller amount than before.

Use with a friend who can help you in case of an emergency.

Test your drugs for fentanyl.

If your drugs test positive, consider not using or using
a smaller amount than you would usually, and go slow.
